Fun Family Night

Last night we went over to the Anderson's for a fun family night activity. The kids decorated "tombstones" and placed them on a cake with lots of fun Halloween candies. Then they all got a slice to enjoy. The kids started a movie while April and I visited around the kitchen table. We all had fun but the kids moaned about having to go home and get ready for bed. They moaned even worse when I got them up for school!

Weekend Visitors

My Mom, Caden and Alex came down for the weekend with Scott. Unfortunately, it was rainy on Saturday and COLD (for St. George this time of year -- 60's). It cleared up on Sunday and the sunshine warmed the temp up a bit. The trip was too short but fun. Thanks mom for helping me organize my pantry and all the other little things!

The Rich New Life

We are all settling into our new lives here in St. George, with the exception of Scott. Avery took her first steps here and has now perfected walking and is currently working on running. She is a very active, independent little girl, but she is so easy to love. The twins have started pre-school where they are having a great time and learning lots of new things. Keston is excelling at school and scouting. He recently went to the Cub Day Camp where he earned four badges and had a lot of fun. McKenna has finally hit her stride in school. She loves the Intermediate school and is working on a 4.0 this quarter. Both McKenna and Keston enjoy rollerblading with their friends in the cul de sac and the twins are crazy on their bikes. We recently enjoyed a neighborhood BBQ in the cul de sac after which we watched a movie on our garage door. It was a lot of fun. Dana just started her new job at Dixie Regional Medical Center and is busy training. Scott is working crazy hours with lots of overtime in Ogden and coming down to St. George for the weekend when he can. We are all counting down the time until he can be down here permanently. The weather is starting to cool down to the lower 90's and is delightful in the evenings and the kids are always in and out of the house with their friends the minute they are home from school. That's about it for now. We'll continue to work on this blog and add pictures soon so keep checking back!
